Only products of the category “In Stock” are produced in stock. All other product categories are only produced on order (build-to-order or made-to-order).
Build-to-order products are subject to a certain production time. Please expect a minimum production time of two to three weeks for small products such as purses, belts, etc. For larger products, the production time increases accordingly, which is why we calculate with a minimum production time of four to eight weeks for bags, toolrolls, etc..
Shipping
We ship our packages exclusively with DHL.
Products in stock will be shipped within five business days of receipt of payment. Products made to order typically take five to seven business days after receipt of payment to go in dispatch.
Please make sure that the correct shipping address is stored in your customer account, or has been sent to us. We send a shipping confirmation including a tracking number after the goods have been handed over to the logistics company. For german customers the delivery time is between two and five working days. For international standard shipping, the shipping time is up to twenty working days, depending on the region even higher.
Due to the high capacity utilization of the logistics companies, delivery times are sometimes increased by ten to fifteen working days around Christmas time. Orders received after the first of December can not be guaranteed before Christmas.

In case of loss of the shipment on the way, whitebeardleather.com must be informed immediately. A query to the logistics company can take up to fifteen business days. Once whitebeardleather.com has confirmed the loss by the shipping company, repayments or subsequent deliveries may be agreed.
